Having heard about Jump’n’Juice fitness from several friends, I signed up myself in to try it out back in 2018.  Needless to say, I quickly understood what all the hype was about.  I tend to avoid any strenuous exercise and prefer walking or a gentle yoga to anything cardio, but I couldn’t help but be motivated by the beaming energy and motivator that radiates from Louise.
Thank you so much for coming on here to share your journey with us Louise.  Can you tell us a little bit about what led you to starting Jump n Juice?
Absolutely! I started Jump n Juice as my sole aim is to make the world a healthier place. I want people to realise how good they can feel by eating well, exercising regularly and focusing on a good night’s sleep!
I love that! What a great message to spread.  Have you had any challenges along the way?
Believe it or not, when I first set up Jump n Juice I hated being in front of a camera! I’ve had to learn to be comfortable being on screen and learn to be confident in putting myself out there.
Wow, that’s actually hard to believe now as you’re such a natural! What keeps me motivated each day?
It sounds cheesy but my clients motivate me. Seeing how much time and energy they put in to looking after themselves really inspires me to keep being a healthier and fitter version of myself.
Fantastic! Has there been any good advice you’re received along the way that you would like to share with other entrepreneurs?
Sometimes good is better than perfect. On occasions you just need to get things out there and then learn and perfect from there. We often procrastinate too much and then things never actually happen.
What’s the best piece of health advice you could give to someone wanting to get fit?
Sleep! Focus on your sleep – like really focus on it. Get a good bedtime routine, prioritise sleep over Netflix, get up at the same time every day and your body will really thank you for it. Every aspect of your life and health will improve.
The pandemic has been incredibly hard for pretty much everyone! Have you any advice for people now our lives have changed with Covid-19?
With the forced isolation we no longer had the excuse of ’not having the time to exercise’.  So many people used this time to exercise more, work on themselves and clean up their diet which was really geat.  Many emerged from the crisis in a better place physically.
My advice is to continue these good habits and make exercise and health part of your daily life.

Your body doesn’t know where you are working out and doesn’t care where you workout; in a gym or in your lounge, all it cares about is moving, jumping, lifting, twisting and stretching.

Louise’s Top 5  Tips for Healthier Living;

1. SET : For overall health you need to create a wellness cycle. Use my SET approach of Sleep, Eat, Train. If you sleep well you’ll make good food choices, if you eat well you’ll have the energy to exercise well and if you’re exercising then you’ll sleep well. It’s a positive wellness cycle that I swear by!

2. Just move. It doesn’t matter what you’re doing or where you’re doing it – do something you enjoy and your body will respond positively.

3. Set yourself goals. How do you know if you’ve hit your target if you don’t know where your target is? Set yourself either a SMART personal goal (ie. to lose 10lbs in weight) or a process goal (ie. to workout 3 times a week). Have something to aim for. It will keep you motivated.

4. Eat a protein based breakfast. This is non negotiable for my clients. Start the day by balancing your blood sugar levels and you’ll stay full until lunch

5. Sign up to Jump n Juice and you’ll find it easier to get fit and stay fit!

We have an amazing online health and fitness community who are there to support and motivate you, whatever your health and fitness goal may be.
